Smoked Peach Margarita

This will really become one of your new favourite Margaritas.  The tartneess of the Passion Fruit and richness just make a perfect refreshing tropical margarita.  Either over the rocks or blended it is perfection. You just add your fave tequila, wait 2 days for the infusion magic to complete and that’s it! Easy, delicious perfection!

 

Ingredients: 100% Whole Fruit Passion Fruit Powder, Persian Lime, Valencia Orange, Meyer Lemon, Red Chili &  Passion Fruit Infused Organic Cane Sugar.

This is the easy part, your infusion is completed in 3 simple steps.

 

STEP 1: Fill your cocktail infusion jar with the spirit of your choice.  Shake gently for about 30 seconds and place in your refrigerator or a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

 

STEP 2: Allow the ingredients to infuse for 2 days to extract the best flavour possible.  Then strain the infused spirit and place back into the infusion jar.

 

STEP 3. Craft your cocktail!  Use one of our recipes from the Cocktail Menu or create one of your own.

 

STORING: Store your completed and strained infusion in the refrigerator or on your home bar out of direct sunlight.  Once infusion is complete and strained we suggest consuming your  infused spirits within 45 days.
