This is a really delicious Caesar if you love horseradish. It has some heat from the horseradish and lots of freshly cracked black pepper make this a gently spiced robust Caesar.

This Rocky Mountain Caesar with have you kicking up your feet by the campfire, back porch or BBQ. The Horse Rashish gives it lots of body and gentle heat and the freshly cracked black pepper really gives it a fresh early punch. Perfect for brunch, or simply anytime really!
Ingredients: Horseradish, Black Pepper, Pickles, Carrot, Cucumber, Red Chili Flakes, sun-dried tomato, Meyer lemon, Persian lime, garlic, worcestershire infused organic brown cane sugar.
Suggested Spirits: Vodka or Tequila

How To Use
This is the easy part, your infusion is completed in 3 simple steps.
STEP 1: Fill your cocktail infusion jar with the spirit of your choice. Shake gently for about 30 seconds and place in your refrigerator or a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
STEP 2: Allow the ingredients to infuse for 2 days to extract the best flavour possible. Then strain the infused spirit and place back into the infusion jar.
STEP 3. Craft your cocktail! Use one of our recipes from the Cocktail Menu or create one of your own.
STORING: Store your completed and strained infusion in the refrigerator or on your home bar out of direct sunlight. Once infusion is complete and strained we suggest consuming your infused spirits within 45 days.
