Beautiful plum, sweet-tart BC Raspberries are paired with the gentle floral notes of rose blooms to create this delicious cherry Sangria. This Sangria pairs well with BBQ pork, poulty, roasted vegetables, middle eastern spices like Zattar and so good with a baked brie, goat cheese tart, poultry tangine or grilled scallops. Poured over ice or make a pitcher for a crowd, this is just so delicious.
Ingredients: BC Grown Raspberries, Meyer Lemon, Apricot, Valencia Orange, Apple, Persian Lime, Edible Rose Petals, 100% Whole Fruit Raspberry Freeze-Dried Powder, Lemon infused organic cane sugar.
Suggested Wine for Sangria: Your favourite dry red or pinot noir, rose or dry red.
Suggested Spirits for Cocktails: tequila, gin, vodka or white rum.
Our Sangria Infusion Jar includes a 1 Litre glass mason jar with all of the infusion ingredients curated perfectly for your infusion. Makes 8 - 12 servings. The dry unused mix has a shelf life of 1 year. Alcohol is not included.

PRO TIPS
TIP 1. Although this Sangria is delicious on its own made with wine, you do not have to just make Sangria with this infusion jar. The flavours are jam packed and lend themselves to so many other wonderful cocktails when infused with spirits instead of just wine. It pairs beautifully with gin, vodka or white rum.
TIP 2. Try making a frozen wine slush! Just blend with ice and a bit of lemonade. Pour into a tall glass & enjoy!
TIP 3. Try your hand at creativity and become your own Mixologist! Try layering flavours by using more than one completed infusion to further enhance your craft cocktail experience. Most of all, have fun and enjoy!
How To Use
This is the easy part, your infusion is completed in 3 simple steps.
STEP 1: Fill your Sangria infusion jar with 750 ml bottle of your favourite suggested wine. Shake gently for about 30 seconds and place in your refrigerator.
STEP 2: Allow the ingredients to infuse for 1 day to extract the best flavour possible.
STEP 3. Now it is time to complete your Sangria. Strain the contents of the jar and return your infused Sangria to the jar. Simply store in your fridge and pour over ice when you are ready to enjoy a glass. You can enjoy it straight as is or top your glass with a bit of club soda.
STORING: Store your completed and strained infusion in the refrigerator. Once infusion is complete and strained we suggest consuming your infused wine within 30 days.
