Pina Colada

Our Pina Colada is bursting with the falvours of the tropics,  toasted Coconut, Pineapple, Orange and Lime.  What could possible be better on a hot summer day?

Ingredients: Pineapple, Toasted Coconut, Powdered Coconut,  Persian Lime, Valencia Orange, Meyer Lemon, 100% Whole Fruit Pineapple & Coconut Infused Cane Sugar. 

 

Suggested Spirits: White Rum

 

This Craft Cocktail Infusion Kit includes a 500ml glass mason jar with all of the infusion ingredients curated perfectly for your infusion.  Makes 8 - 12 servings.  The dry unused mix has a shelf life of 1 year.  Alcohol is not included.

This is the easy part, your infusion is completed in 3 simple steps.

 

STEP 1: Fill your cocktail infusion jar with the spirit of your choice.  Shake gently for about 30 seconds and place in your refrigerator or a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

 

STEP 2: Allow the ingredients to infuse for 2 days to extract the best flavour possible.  Then strain the infused spirit and place back into the infusion jar.

 

STEP 3. Craft your cocktail!  Use one of our recipes from the Cocktail Menu or create one of your own.

 

STORING: Store your completed and strained infusion in the refrigerator or on your home bar out of direct sunlight.  Once infusion is complete and strained we suggest consuming your  infused spirits within 45 days.
