THis version is so refreshing, barely a hint of tropical sweetness and smoke from the charred pineapple and the Basil notes rounds it out beautifully.

    This Charred Pineapple and Basil Caesar brings a hint of tropical fruit, smoke and herbaciousness from the Basil.  An unusual Caear for certain but it is a hit every summer we feature it! Perfect for brunch, or simply anytime really!  

     

    Ingredients: Charred Pineapple, Basil, Pickles,  celery, sun-dried tomato, Meyer lemon, Persian lime, garlic, red pepper chili flakes, , worcestershire infused organic brown cane sugar.

    Suggested Spirits: Vodka or Tequila

     

    Our Flaming Spicy Infusion Kit includes a 500ml glass mason jar with all of the infusion ingredients curated perfectly for your Ultimate Dill Caesar cocktail.  Makes 8 - 12 servings.  The dry unused mix has a shelf life of 1 year.  Alcohol is not included.

  • Cocktail Suggestions

    This cocktail infusion kit is best suited with Tequila or Vodka and is meant to create a delicious Caesar.

    FLAMING SPICY CAESAR

     

    STEP 1

    Start by adding 12oz of your favourite Vodka or Tequila to the Cocktail Infusion Jar and shake gently.  Place in the fridge for 3 days.  At the end of the 3 days strain off the ingredients and you are ready to make a delicious Flaming Spicy Caesar.

     

    STEP 2

    Rim your cocktail glass with delicious celery salt or a Caesar Rimmer. Fill the cocktail glass with ice & add 2oz of your Flaming Spicy Caesar Infused Spirit to the glass.

     

    STEP 3

    Fill your cocktail glass with Clamato or any Caesar mix of your choosing.  We love Walters.  Stir with a tall cocktail spoon and taste to see if you would like to increase the spice level.  If you do just add more Worcestershire and Tabasco to suit your tastes.

    That is it!  You can do a simple garnish with a crisp cold celery stick to cool your palate as you enjoy!  If you want to have a bit more fun garnish with some pickled jalapenos.  You could also create a garnish skewar full of sliced peppers, extra hot pepperoni, jalapeno Havarti cheese cubes and spicy pickled beans.

  • How To Use

    This is the easy part, your infusion is completed in 3 simple steps.

     

    STEP 1: Fill your cocktail infusion jar with the spirit of your choice.  Shake gently for about 30 seconds and place in your refrigerator or a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

     

    STEP 2: Allow the ingredients to infuse for 2 days to extract the best flavour possible.  Then strain the infused spirit and place back into the infusion jar.

     

    STEP 3. Craft your cocktail!  Use one of our recipes from the Cocktail Menu or create one of your own.

     

    STORING: Store your completed and strained infusion in the refrigerator or on your home bar out of direct sunlight.  Once infusion is complete and strained we suggest consuming your  infused spirits within 45 days.
