Bourbon Winter Peach Smash

This classic Bourbon Cocktail is terrific for a fall or winter picnic, BBQ, hanging out at the cabin in the fall, curled up in front of the fire or hosting a gathering or brunch.  It is certainly a delicious cocktail packed with beautiful BC Peaches and warm fall spices. 

 

Ingredients: Freeze-Dried Organic Peaches, Organic Meyer Lemon, Freeze-Dried Valencia Orange Powder, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Organic Brown Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Citric Acid

 

Suggested Spirits: Bourbon or Canadian Whiskey

This is the easy part, and you are just a simple couple steps away from a Classic Bourbon Peach Smash!

 

STEP 1: Combine 2oz of Bourbon in a cocktail shaker with ice, the entire contents of the packet and 2oz of water.

 

STEP 2: Shake well until completely dissolved.

 

STEP 3: Strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a bit of fresh mint & a slice of fresh or frozen peaches if you desire.

 

Now just sit back and enjoy!  Yes, its that easy. 

 

NOTE:  It is important to remember we use real freeze dried fruit in our formulations.  So you may see some sediment at the bottom of your glass.  That is just the Real Fruit that did not completely dissolve.  So just enjoy the realness! 

 

STORING: Store your Single Serve Cocktails in a dry play out of direct sunlight.  

Here is a pro tip to have a bit of fun and change it up a bit!

 

TIP 1 - Make a Peach Smash Martini.  Add 2 oz of Vodka or Gin to a cocktail shaker with ice, add the entire contents of the packet and only 2oz of cool water.  Shake well and then strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist or peach slice and enjoy! 

 

TIP 2 - Try using Whiskey.  This is a nice compliment and so is a spiced rum.  

 

TIP 3 - Make it a Margarita!  Simply Substitute the Bourbon for Tequila, rim a glass with salt or Tajin spice, fill with ice then strain your margarita into the glass.

TIP 4 - Make it a Mocktail.  Simply add 4 oz of water and ice into a cocktail shaker with the entire packet, shake well until dissolved and its perfect.  It is also delicious topped with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream for a Peach Float.
