Our Infusion Jars make it easy and incredibly enjoyable to make fantastic craft cocktails right from your home bar. Each Infusion jar is carefully developed and curated to create the best infused spirit experience possible. They are so delicious and all you do is fill your infusion jar with your spirit of choice, allow it to infuse for 3 days and just pour and enjoy! Each Infusion Jar is packed full of artfully blended organic natural raw ingredients that create the most delicious infused spirits for your cocktail creations. We use a small batch hands on approach to ensure quality and an intense full flavour profile in every single jar. We never add any chemicals, preservatives, extracts or food colouring of any kind. Which makes our Infusion jars 100% natural.

Every one of our Infusion Jars contain a perfectly curated blend of organic herbs, spices, fruits and flora and our custom sugar bars. It comes in dry form and you simply add your spirit of choice and wait 3 days, strain and enjoy! It also comes with 2 Craft Cocktail recipe cards to create some delish cocktails. Our Craft Cocktail Infusion Jars could not be easier to use. We carefully develop and curate each Infusion Jar for maximum flavour punch and enjoyment! They come with everything but the alcohol, allowing you to customize each Infusion Jar to your specific spirit preference. After you select your PUR Craft Cocktail Infusion Jar get started! POUR Pour the alcohol of your choice and fill your infusion jar. Check the recommendation on the label or create your own adventure! CHILL Secure the lid, shake gently for 30 seconds then place in the fridge or a cool place out of direct sunlight for 1 - 3 days. The longer you leave your jar to infuse the more intense the flavour will be. For the perfect craft cocktail we have curated these jars to reach the maximum peak flavour after it has been chillin & infusin for 3 days. ENJOY Strain the contents of the Infusion Jar into another vessel. Once strained return the infused spirit back into the Infusion Jar. Time to cocktail it up! Pour 1 - 2oz of your PUR Craft Cocktail Infusion into shaker to create a mixed cocktail from the recipe card you received or even directly over ice. Now it is time to enjoy! From the basics you can layer multiple infusions to add further complexity, add gorgeous garnish and simply get creative!

Many Craft Cocktails will call for Agave, Honey, Sugar, Maple Syrup or plain Simple Syrup in a cocktail recipe. The hint of sweetness adds so much to certain cocktails and the mouthfeel derived from a simple syrup is completely delicious. Trouble is, all these options are basically pure sugar and can really increase calories and carb counts. Although our Infusion Jars do contain Organic, Vegan (non GMO) sugar bars, they are minimal and none of our Infusion Jars are minimally sweet. If you would like to add more sweetness to your cocktail and would like to watch your level of sugar consumption then our sugar-free Craft Cocktail Simple Syrups are the perfect solution. PUR Craft Cocktail Simple Syrups are primarily made from all natural ingredients and Monk Fruit. With 0 calories and 0 carbs, they taste fantastic. They are not overly sweet, and definitely give that much desired mouthfeel to your cocktails. Our PUR Craft Cocktail Simple Syrups come in a variety of flavours so layering is possible.

Bitters are a delicious addition to many craft cocktails. The answer is YES, by all means use bitters when making your individual cocktails but do not add any bitters to the Infusion Jar itself. Each Infusion Jar is carefully curated to produce a specific flavour profile. Adding Bitters directly into your Infusion Jar will change the entire infusion. By dashing a bit into your cocktail creations is the best way to use bitters if you would like to use them.

Each kit makes 8 - 10 cocktails, that contain 1.5 oz per cocktail. This is depending on how many oz of your infused spirit you want to add to your individual cocktail. It is not mixed with any other liquid. And the number of drinks you get out of it would depend on how you're drinking it - straight, on the rocks, with soda, juices or mixers.

No, they do not come with alcohol. You add your own spirit or alcohol of choice and infuse. We created them this way so you could customize each jar if you wish. For example to our Strawberry Rhubarb Infusion Jar, you could add, rum, tequila, vodka or gin and get a completely different infused experience based on which type of alcohol you add to your infusion jar. So get creative! Go on a cocktail adventure of your choice and have some fun! Cheers!

Well, you have to add some sort of liquid. For Cocktails with Alcohol you would add your spirit of choice or wine. For Mocktails you can add water if you like. It makes a nice clean alcohol free beverage. However, there are many fantastic low alcohol or alcohol free spirits on the market today and they blend beautifully with our Infusion Jars. We love Seed Lip! Your infusion will taste like you are having a delicious cocktail but alcohol free.

We ship all orders via Canada Post within 1 - 3 business days after an order is placed. All orders are shipped standard mail which is usually 5 - 7 business days, but delays with Canada Post occur sometimes that are beyond our control. You can choose expedited delivery which is 3 - 5 business days but there is an additional charge for this service through Canada Post. Once your order is shipped you will be notified and we will send you your tracking information so you can stay updated. You can select your shipping preference at time of check out.

Firstly, we ask that you please check the email you received with the tracking number. Make sure it did not end up in your junk or spam folder. All of our products are non-refundable. If your products arrive broken or damaged in any way please contact us via email right away at info@purcocktailco.ca to let us know the situation. You will be contacted immediately.
