Social Responsibility
We believe in doing good. Here's how we get it done.
Sustainability
We firmly believe in protecting the environment and for us that includes living and working sustainably. We take great effort and pride in creating our products with sustainably sourced ingredients. We buy locally whenever possible and reduce and reuse.
Our Commitment
Sustainably Sourced
All of our products are made with sustainable ingredients. We are passionate about using food grown at local farms as often as possible. We must produce this way to limit the transportation of foods and goods so the effects are significantly less on the impact of global warming.
Recyclable Materials
Glass is where it is at for us because, unlike plastic, it can be more easily recycled. This is the reason we only use glass bottles. All of our Single Serve and Garnish packaging materials are made from recycled materials.
Waste Reduction
All of the organic waste we produce is composted every single time. Since we are a craft small-batch producer it is easier for us to control this process. We make a sincere effort to always reuse any glass, shipping boxes and shipping material that we can and recycle everything else.
Upcycle & Recycle Our Jars
Why upcycle?
We strongly recommend upcycling our Jars instead of placing them in the recycling bin. Glass is made from 100% natural ingredients and flavours or smells will not seep into the glass and contaminate it. This makes glass endlessly reusable. Although recycling is a terrific option we certainly suggest the upcycling route, so use your imagination and have some fun.
There are unlimited uses for upcycled glass bottles, have a look at some of our suggestions!
